Full job description

Regency Oils is a family run company that has been delivering fuel and fuel products all over Scotland for over 65 years. We constantly strive to provide a competitive, fast, efficient and friendly service to all our customers and we pride ourselves on our customer service. We have fuel depots in Buckie and Aberdeen and have Filling Stations in Buckie and Dufftown.

We have a vacancy in our team for a full-time Accounts/ Admin Assistant based at our busy office in Buckie. (We may consider a part-time position for the right person). You will play a vital role in the diverse day-to-day operation of the office, by providing excellent accounts, admin and customer service support.

The individual must have a positive and enthusiastic attitude, with outstanding attention to detail. This job is best suited to someone who is able to cope under pressure and meet deadlines, and the individual must have an excellent telephone manner.

Previous Accounts, Admin and customer service experience is essential for this position.

Monday to Friday 8.30am -5pm

Closing Date: 1st August 2026
