Full job description

Responsibilities:
- Prepare a variety of pastries, desserts, and baked goods according to recipes and standards
- Measure and mix ingredients, bake items, and decorate finished products
- Ensure all food safety and sanitation guidelines are followed in the kitchen
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new cakes and menu offerings
- Maintain inventory of pastry supplies and ingredients
- Adhere to portion control guidelines and minimize waste
- Clean and sanitize workstations and equipment regularly

Experience:
- Previous experience as a Pastry Cook or similar role in a restaurant or bakery setting
- Strong knowledge of pastry techniques, ingredients, and baking methods
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Creativity and artistic ability in decorating pastries
