Location: Oswestry, Shropshire

Job Type: Full-time
Start Date: From October 2026

Join Our Friendly Private Practice

We are looking for a motivated and patient-focused Associate Dentist to join our independent, 4 surgery practice. The position is to replace our current long-standing associate.

Operating for over 30 years, the practice is based in a busy market town with good transport links to Shrewsbury, Chester, Manchester and Liverpool. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a supportive team with an established patient list.

We offer a welcoming environment where you can thrive professionally.

This would be an ideal position for an experienced clinician who has a specialist interest. For the successful candidate, there is a view to a potential partnership.

Regrettably, no sponsorship is available.

About You

The successful candidate will:

Hold a recognised dental qualification and be registered with the General Dental Council (GDC)
Have an active NHS performer number
Be committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centred care
Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Be enthusiastic, reliable, and a strong team player
Have experience in both NHS and private dentistry (preferred but not essential)

Your Responsibilities

Provide a full range of general dental treatments to a high clinical standard
Develop long-term relationships with patients through exceptional care
Maintain accurate clinical records and comply with all GDC, CQC, and NHS regulations
Work collaboratively with the wider dental team to ensure an excellent patient experience
