Full job description

The Role

As Chef de Partie, you will play an important role within our kitchen brigade, supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in delivering consistently high-quality food across our weddings, events, and restaurant service.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated chef looking to develop their skills in a busy, professional kitchen. You will take responsibility for your own section, work with fresh, seasonal ingredients, and gain experience across a variety of service styles, from large-scale weddings and private events to restaurant dining and overnight stays.

Working in a busy wedding venue, no two days are the same. You'll be part of a passionate and supportive team committed to delivering exceptional food and memorable guest experiences.

We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, has excellent attention to detail, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Run your designated section to a consistently high standard.
Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef during service.
Maintain excellent food presentation, quality, and consistency.
Ensure all food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards are met.
Assist with food preparation across weddings, events, and restaurant service.
Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to deliver outstanding service.

Essential Requirements

Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or an experienced Demi Chef de Partie ready to step up.
Strong knowledge of food preparation and service standards.
Ability to run a section with confidence and consistency.
Excellent organisation and communication skills.
Ability to work well under pressure in a busy kitchen.
A positive attitude and genuine passion for food and hospitality.
Must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
