Full job description

We have an exciting opportunity for a Fleet Administrator to join the team at U-Drive!

Reporting into the Fleet Manager, you will work a 40-hour week, Monday to Friday, and will be the first point of contact for our clients and supply chain. The successful candidate will be a positive and friendly individual with a ‘can do’ attitude.

About the Role

Become the first/main point of contact for our clients, both external and internal
Communicating clear and accurate information to both clients and the supply chain
Proactively managing all fleet related incidents, providing assistance within individual service level agreements
Managing income telephone calls and email correspondence promptly and professionally
Managing as part of the Fleet Administration team, routine servicing, inspections, MOT/Plate test and Road Fund Licence
Managing effectively as part of the Fleet Administration Team all available resources
Liaising with the Insurance Team, Account Management Team and Sales Teams, identifying areas of improvement within the services being provided
Recording all activities within the fleet management software

This is a full-time position working 40-hours per week, Monday to Friday. The role operates on a rotating shift pattern, with working hours falling between 7:00am and 6:00pm depending on the allocated shift.

Bank Holidays will sometimes be worked on a half-day basis, and any hours worked will be given back as TOIL to be taken at a later date.

Requirements

Excellent IT skills including the use of MS Office
Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively
Demonstrate strong administrative and communication skills, both written and verbal
Self-motivated and organised
Confident in managing incoming telephone calls and email correspondence in a prompt and professional manner
Demonstrate problem solving skills and taking ownership of tasks
