About Us
TestLink Services Ltd is a leading supplier of refurbished and remanufactured ATM parts and components. We work with banks, financial service providers, and ATM distributors worldwide, helping them reduce costs and support more sustainable ATM management solutions.
The Role
Reporting to the Engineering and Quality Manager, you will support quality improvement initiatives, investigate product and process issues, and help ensure that finished products consistently meet customer and business expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Support failure analysis of customer returns and quality issues, including root cause investigations.
- Conduct product testing, inspections, and quality checks against specifications and tolerances.
- Ensure finished products meet quality standards and agreed performance targets.
- Investigate customer returns and rejected products to identify causes and prevent recurrence.
- Record and manage non-conformance data to support trend analysis and continuous improvement.
- Work closely with Engineering and Production teams to resolve quality concerns.
- Participate in continuous improvement projects and quality initiatives.
- Promote and adhere to company quality and environmental policies.
About You
We're looking for a detail-oriented individual who enjoys analysing problems, identifying solutions, and driving improvements.
Essential Skills & Experience
- 0–2 years' experience within a Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Inspection, or Quality Engineering environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Competent in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop.
Desirable
- Experience with quality management systems.
- Knowledge of ISO standards and/or Six Sigma methodologies.
- Experience working within a manufacturing, engineering, or production environment.
