Job Title Hygiene Team Leader | Location Forest Gate

So what’s it all about?

Our Forest Gate site has an opening for a Hygiene Team Leader,

This position will suit a Hygiene Team Leader/ Supervisor who is looking for that next step. Having a passion for developing your own skills as well as the team, whilst encouraging and enforcing best-in-class standards within our bakery.

You will be required to be truly dedicated with an excitement for rolling your sleeves up, understanding the operation and building key relationships with colleagues across the site.

This role is about being part of a business with a strong culture and a real sense of togetherness, working alongside a committed team responsible for driving the highest cleaning standards. This hands-on role will require close collaboration with colleagues across the site and the hygiene team to ensure a smooth-running operation.

Your main responsibility will be to supervise the day-to-day activities in the hygiene team on shift, following the site's schedule and risk assessments.

The Key Requirements...

Experience in leading a team within a hygiene department

Experience of working within a factory environment

Able to demonstrate strong leadership qualities
