Location: London (with travel to events)

With over a decade in the industry and 500+ 5-star reviews, we’re now expanding our digital presence and looking for a creative and results-driven marketer to join our team.

The Role

We’re looking for a Social Media & Digital Marketing Executive who lives and breathes content, understands trends, and knows how to turn engagement into enquiries and bookings.

You’ll be responsible for managing and growing our presence across all major platforms, while also supporting our wider digital marketing strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow our social media channels: Meta (Facebook), Instagram, TikTok & Google platforms
Plan, create, and schedule engaging content (posts, reels, stories, ads)
Monitor trends and create viral-style content relevant to weddings & events
Run and optimise paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads & Google Ads)
Manage SEO for website and content (on-page & off-page)
Analyse performance metrics and provide monthly reports with insights
Collaborate with the creative team to produce high-quality visuals and campaigns

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in social media marketing & digital campaigns
Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager & Google Ads
Solid SEO knowledge (keywords, ranking, optimisation strategies)
Skilled in content creation and understanding of platform algorithms
Creative mindset with an eye for aesthetics and storytelling
Strong communication and organisational skills
Experience in the wedding/events industry is a plus

Candidate Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, social media, or digital campaign management.
Strong understanding of Google Adverts, Meta Adverts Platform, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok, and Reddit marketing.
Proficient with marketing apps (e.g. scheduling tools, analytics dashboards, and ad managers).
Excellent understanding of content creation and social media trends.
Confident attending live events and creating content on-site.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
Experience in creative industries (photography, videography, or media) is an advantage.
Experience in promoting and marketing apps.
