What You'll Be Doing

As a Production Team Member, working on an annualised hours basis you'll play a key role in ensuring customer orders are completed accurately, efficiently, and on time. Your responsibilities will include:

Operating heat press machinery to apply badges, logos, names, and numbers to garments according to customer specifications.
Using single-head and 8-head embroidery machines to customise teamwear with club badges.
Preparing and organising picked orders ready for customisation.
Producing vinyl and DTF logos, badges, and numbers for heat press application.
Carrying out routine machine maintenance and ensuring equipment is operating efficiently.
Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work environment.
Supporting colleagues to ensure production targets and quality standards are achieved

Who are we looking for -

A good understanding of written English.

A customer-focused approach, understanding the importance of delivering products exactly as ordered.
A willingness to learn new skills and develop within the role

Previous experience in production is beneficial but not essential as full training will be provided
