Mechanic

Achieve an OTE of up to £47,000 (dependent on experience) based on a 45-hour work week, £2,000 Welcome Bonus, Overtime at 1.5x Pay (Terms apply), plus a comprehensive benefits package.

Your Role as a Mechanic / Vehicle Technician

As part of our skilled and motivated team, you’ll play a key role in delivering a high-quality service to our customers. Your responsibilities will include:

Servicing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles – To manufacturer and safety standards
Diagnosing faults – Carrying out Vehicle Health Checks and recommending repairs
Preparing new and used vehicles – Ensuring they are showroom-ready
Road testing vehicles – To guarantee the quality of your work
Accurate job card completion – Following company and manufacturer guidelines
Maintaining tools and equipment – Ensuring everything is safe and operational

What You’ll Need to Succeed

Level 3 Certificate in Light Vehicle Maintenance – Essential for this role
Previous experience in a high-volume dealership or workshop
Attention to detail – Producing consistent, high-quality work under time pressure
Proven track record of meeting deadlines and standards
Ability to follow instructions – Both written and spoken
Full UK Driving Licence – Required for road testing vehicles
