Full job description

Looking for a great addition to our wonderful team here at Medivet Solihull. Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays including 1:4 Saturday mornings (26.5 hours a week) You will support both nurses and vets with in-patient procedures and pet care, delivering exceptional care to our clients, patients and colleagues.

About you

You’re skilled at providing exceptional client care and are passionate about caring for pets. You’re a team player who wants to make a real difference in a practice that values and supports you.

We welcome applications from candidates able to prioritise, remain calm under pressure and who are flexible and willing to learn.

This role is not suitable for young workers in line with Health and Safety Executive (government) direction due to the expected duties of the role. Therefore, you will be asked to confirm that you are over the age of 18 as part of the application process.

What you’ll be doing

Typically, in this role, you’ll:

Deliver exceptional care to clients, supporting surgeries and procedures, complying with all regulatory, practice and operational standards
Deliver patient monitoring and care to pets, including walking, toileting, cleaning and feeding
Carry out administrative and front of house duties
Work collaboratively within a very supportive team
