Responsibilities
- Serve drinks to customers with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards.
- Prepare and mix beverages according to established recipes and customer preferences.
- Engage with customers to create a welcoming environment, providing recommendations and taking orders efficiently.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, utilising basic math skills for processing payments.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking supplies as needed.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred but not essential.
- Strong hospitality skills with a genuine desire to provide excellent customer service.
- Knowledge of food safety practices is advantageous.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and processing transactions effectively.
- Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment.
