Location: Fraserburgh
Shifts Available: Monday – Friday (Day & Night Shift Options)
Night Shift Allowance + Overtime Opportunities

Are you a Skilled or Semi-Skilled MIG Welder seeking a long-term career with a respected, family-run business?

✅What You’ll Be Doing:

MIG Welding & Fabrication – using Steel, Stainless Steel, and Aluminium
Reading & Interpreting Technical Drawings – Training provided if needed.
Meeting Production Targets with precision and efficiency
Maintaining Equipment & PPE – to ensure safety and performance.
Health & Safety Compliance – Operating safely in line with company policies.

✅Who We’re Looking For:

Experienced Welders – Strong background in MIG welding? We want to hear from you!
Semi-Skilled Welders – Some experience? We’ll provide training to develop your skills further.
Trainee Welders – Eager to learn? If you have a keen interest in welding and fabrication, we offer on-the-job training to help you gain confidence and skills
Detail-Oriented Team Players – quality and collaboration matter here

✨What You’ll Get in Return:

Guaranteed 39 hours/week (Mon–Fri) + overtime options
Night Shift Allowance for those working night shifts.
33 Days Holiday per year (28 days with average holiday pay + 5 days basic pay).
