Overview
We're looking for a highly organised and customer-focused Training & Helpdesk Coordinator to join our growing operations team.
You'll play a key part in delivering exceptional service by coordinating instructor-led training courses and supporting our Health & Safety Helpdesk, ensuring our clients and learners receive a professional experience from start to finish.
Duties
As our Training & Helpdesk Coordinator, you'll:
- Coordinate instructor-led training courses, including IOSH and workplace health and safety programmes, from booking through to successful completion.
- Manage course schedules, delegate registrations and enrolments.
- Act as the main point of contact for delegates, trainers and clients throughout the training process.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure training events are delivered efficiently and on time.
- Respond to delegate enquiries relating to courses, results and certification.
- Process certification requests with awarding organisations.
- Maintain accurate learner records and training documentation.
- Monitor shared inboxes and act as the first point of contact for incoming enquiries.
- Coordinate Health & Safety Helpdesk requests, ensuring work is scheduled appropriately and clients receive timely updates.
- Liaise with consultants and clients to coordinate appointments and service delivery.
- Help ensure we consistently meet our service standards and deliver an outstanding customer experience.
Experience
We're looking for someone who is organised, proactive and enjoys helping people.
Ideally, you'll have:
- Experience in an administration, coordination, customer service or helpdesk role.
- Experience managing bookings, schedules or diaries.
- Excellent communication skills with the confidence to deal professionally with clients, delegates and colleagues.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise competing tasks and deadlines.
- Good attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records.
- Experience using Microsoft Office and CRM or business management systems.
- A positive, flexible approach and a willingness to support the wider team.
Pay: £25,000.00 per year
