What you’ll be doing;
Manage planned preventative maintenance (PPM) schedules for mobile and static plant, ensuring work is planned, issued and completed within agreed timescales.
Coordinate reactive repairs, servicing, inspections and maintenance interventions to minimise plant downtime.
Maintain maintenance plans, work orders, defect records, intervention logs and audit documentation.
Complete routine ad-hoc inspections of fleet, plant and equipment; raise defects and arrange corrective action.
Schedule and coordinate internal maintenance teams, external contractors, suppliers and service providers.
Administer contractor site access, inductions, permits to work, isolation requirements and compliance records.
Process maintenance activity, work requests and reporting through Infor/HxGN, Workday, Tranman, Power BI and other site systems.
Support maintenance procurement, inventory control, equipment/PPE monitoring and contractor performance reporting.
What we're looking for;
Experience coordinating PPM, breakdown maintenance, servicing and repair activity within an industrial, waste, recycling, manufacturing, engineering or facilities environment.
Experience using a CMMS/maintenance-management system, ideally Infor/HxGN, and maintaining accurate work-order and asset-maintenance records.
Knowledge of mobile and static plant maintenance requirements, including inspection routines and defect reporting.
Experience coordinating contractors, including arranging site attendance, reviewing work scopes, obtaining quotations and monitoring completed work.
Practical knowledge of permit-to-work systems, contractor inductions, risk assessments, isolations and safe systems of work.
Competence using business and reporting systems, including Microsoft Office; experience with Workday, Tranman and/or Power BI is advantageous.
Experience with maintenance-related purchasing, stock control, equipment registers and hire/lease equipment administration.
Knowledge of maintenance compliance, audit-ready record keeping, health and safety documentation and contractor compliance requirements.
