Longleat Forest | £12.87 per hour

Keep guests happy from behind the scenes

We're looking for a Helpdesk Operator to manage accommodation-related fault requests from guests and colleagues. You will coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely resolution.

What you'll be doing

Manage incoming requests via phone and our fault reporting system
Allocate jobs to Technicians or Housekeepers based on issue type
Keep the fault reporting system up to date

Your working hours

Part-time contract, shifts fall between 7:30am and 9:30pm
You will be contracted to work a guaranteed minimum of 64 hours over a 4‑week period. You may be asked to work additional hours in line with operational requirements
This role includes early mornings, evenings and occasional weekends

About you

Proficient in PC applications, including Microsoft Office
Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with contractors, guests and colleagues
Ability to perform under pressure
