Job Advert
We're looking for an experienced Graphic Designer to join our in-house Design team, working across our two retail brands - Gear4music and AV.com. You'll work collaboratively across internal teams to shape creative concepts and flexible design systems that perform across web, CRM, social and campaigns, and translate well across international markets.
As one of Europe's leading online retailers of musical instruments and audio-visual equipment, we work alongside globally recognised brands including Fender, Roland, Yamaha, Gibson, Panasonic and Technics. You will also help evolve our visual identity, improve the customer journey and build stronger emotional connections with musicians, producers and audio enthusiasts across Europe.
What you'll be doing
Brand & Integrated Digital Design
-
Translate the Gear4music and AV.com brand strategies into distinctive, engaging and consistently executed visual experiences across multiple markets.
-
Help evolve the visual identity of both brands, creating scalable templates and design systems that improve consistency without limiting creativity.
-
Create compelling creatives across websites, CRM, social media, digital campaigns and other customer touchpoints.
-
Support the Product and Ecommerce teams with the development of UX/UI wireframes, mock-ups and user interface concepts to support website improvements and enhance the customer journey.
Collaboration & Creative Delivery
-
Work collaboratively with Marketing, CRM, Ecommerce, Purchasing and Product teams from initial brief through to final delivery.
-
Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders, brands and suppliers to access and make best use of creative assets.
-
Share knowledge and contribute to a collaborative, ambitious and forward-looking in-house creative culture.
We’d love to meet someone with
-
Experience in a Graphic Design role.
-
Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator.
-
Experience using AI-powered creative tools to support ideation, design production and workflow efficiency.
-
Experience using project management platforms.
-
Knowledge of HTML and CSS would be advantageous but isn't essential.
-
Strong creative flair and excellent visual sense.
-
Ability to generate ideas, proposals and work to a brief.
-
Keen attention to detail.
-
Ability to manage workloads, prioritise and work autonomously.
-
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
-
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
If you're passionate about digital design, enjoy solving creative challenges and are excited by the opportunity to help shape one of Europe's leading music retailers, we'd love to hear from you. Please include a portfolio showcasing your best digital and graphic design work with your application.
