Job Title: General Labourer
Department: Sherburn Metalwork
Location: Sherburn-in-Elmet, West Yorkshire
Hours of Work:

Monday – Thursday: 7am to 3:45pm
Friday: 7am to 11:30am

Pay:

Up to £13 p/h DOE + £25Per Week attendance allowance.

WEC Group Ltd, established for over 45 years and one of the North West’s leading multi-award-winning engineering companies, is seeking an experienced General Labourer to join our Sherburn Metalwork facility in Sherburn-in-Elmet.

This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a busy, team-oriented environment and is looking to grow within a well-established and expanding company.

Key Responsibilities:

Loading and unloading of materials
Working in a busy engineering environment dealing with heavy materials
Placing materials in racks
Picking materials
Tidying the yard
Able to operate FLT

What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience in a similar labouring or industrial role
FLT license (preferred but not essential)
Hard working and conscientious attitude
Ability to work on own initiative and without constant supervision
