The Student Counsellor will be responsible for providing high quality, professional and flexible counselling support by accurately assessing and meeting the needs of our diverse student cohort. This includes the administration of the service in line with the BACP Ethical Framework and the College’s referral and operational guidelines. You will also be required to have experience of working with young people and adults with a wide range of needs, thereby maximising the opportunities for them to reach their potential both personally and academically.

Salary: Job Family Group 4 – SCP22 (£30,704) to SCP26 (£34,462) per year, (pro-rata for part-time, salary based on qualifications and experience)
Hours: 0.44 FTE, 18.8 hours per week, 38 weeks, term time only
