About the role
As a Carbon Fibre Polisher, you will play a vital role in ensuring our components achieve the exceptional cosmetic finish and quality standards expected by our customers. You will be responsible for polishing, finishing, and carrying out precision cosmetic repairs on carbon fibre components to meet exact customer specifications, while maintaining the highest standards of quality.
This role requires exceptional attention to detail, a commitment to achieving a flawless finish, and the ability to identify and rectify minor imperfections without compromising product integrity. Working as part of a fast-paced manufacturing team, you will consistently deliver high-quality components within agreed production timescales, ensuring customer deadlines are met without sacrificing quality.
The successful candidate will take pride in producing first-class products, demonstrate excellent hand-finishing skills, and maintain a proactive approach to quality, safety, and continuous improvement. A keen eye for detail, patience, and a commitment to perfection are essential to succeed in this role.

We're Looking For Someone Who:
.-Is reliable, organised, and able to work to deadlines
- Has experience in polishing, car valeting, vehicle detailing, bodywork finishing, or similar (desirable but not essential)
- Has a positive, can-do attitude and enjoys learning new skills
- Works well as part of a team and communicates effectively
- Is flexible, friendly, and willing to help others
- Follow written and verbal instructions accurately
- Support other departments when required (full training provided)
