- Checking & Perfecting: Spotting the tiny details others miss to ensure our sites are flawless.
- Problem Solving: Seeing an issue and fixing it on the spot before anyone else even notices.
- Team Championing: Working solo or alongside our fantastic cleaning teams to support, motivate, and guide them.
- Hands-on Action: Yes, you will be cleaning! This is a proactive, active role where you lead by example.
Shift Patterns (Monday to Friday only – Weekends are yours!):
- Week 1: Early mornings (Getting our sites ready to shine for the day).
- Week 2: Evenings (Ensuring everything is locked down and pristine overnight).

This role involves travelling to various sites to assess operational efficiency, identify issues, and implement effective solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong analysis skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work independently in diverse environments. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the optimisation of site performance through expert problem-solving and strategic analysis.
Duties
- Conduct comprehensive inspections of multiple mobile sites to evaluate operational processes and identify potential issues.
- Analyse site data and operational metrics to determine root causes of inefficiencies or malfunctions.
- Develop and implement tailored solutions to resolve technical problems or optimise workflows.
- Collaborate with on-site teams to communicate findings and ensure effective execution of corrective actions.
- Document all assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately for reporting purposes.
- Continuously monitor site performance post-intervention to ensure sustained improvements.
- Stay informed on industry best practices and emerging technologies relevant to site optimisation.
Requirements
- Proven analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex data and operational information effectively.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
- Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple site visits efficiently.
- Ability to work independently across various locations, demonstrating adaptability and initiative.
- Valid driving licence is essential for travel between sites.
- Prior experience in site inspection, technical troubleshooting, or operational analysis is desirable but not mandatory.
- A professional attitude with excellent communication skills and attention to detail is required for success in this role.
