Full job description

Join our dynamic team at g2 Marketing and become a driving force in shaping the future of consumer electronics, smart home, and mobile devices. As an Area Training Manager, you'll have the opportunity to work with a global technology brand to inspire and empower retailers across the UK.

Your Package:

A salary of £31,000 per annum, plus up to 10% bonus
Company Car/Car Allowance
Full time, 12 month contract (Monday - Friday)
22 days holiday (per annum) in addition to bank holidays + buy and sell holiday options

Your Role:

Develop strong relationships with contact centre personnel, retailers from store managers to sales advisors, to foster a genuine enthusiasm for our brand and products.
Managing relationships with call centre contacts is a primary requirement of this role.
Identify and pursue unique opportunities with retailers to implement innovative training solutions that gives them the confidence to recommend our brand
Elevate the customer journey through the creation of engaging training programs, delivering unforgettable customer experiences.
Utilise your expertise to deliver interactive training programmes for both individual and group sessions across multiple categories.

Do you have what it takes?

A proven record of success in retail management, ideally within technology, mobile, or high-end retail.
A keen interest in coaching and the ability to deliver engaging training sessions that inspire and motivate.
Enthusiasm to keep up to date with the latest products and in-store opportunities, current market trends and competitor information.
Exceptional relationship skills to build strong partnerships with retailers at all levels.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey ideas and inspire action.
Full UK driving licence

This 12-month field-based position covers call centres primarily spanning from Stoke across to Yorkshire, with potential UK-wide travel. The core local retail patch will be centered around Leeds and the surrounding Yorkshire region, from time to time, overseas travel could be requested. When not delivering call centre sessions, the retail store visits will be a requirement of the role.
