Overall Purpose of the Job

We are seeking an experienced Senior Workshop / Maintenance Supervisor to lead and coordinate operations within our Coretrax and Cementing workshop facilities. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient, and compliant execution of all workshop activities, including equipment maintenance, tool preparation, and operational readiness.

The successful candidate will play a key role in driving operational performance, maintaining high safety standards, and developing a skilled and competent workforce.

Key Activities & Accountabilities

Lead and coordinate all workshop activities to ensure operational schedules and client deadlines are met

Supervise and support workshop personnel, maintaining a strong visible presence on the shop floor

Develop and communicate daily and weekly resource and personnel plans

Promote and maintain a strong Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) culture, encouraging accountability and Stop Work Authority

Ensure all equipment, including pressure testing systems, is maintained, certified, and compliant with company and regulatory standards

Drive consistent and effective use of systems including TRACS, SAP, ETM, Digital Servicing, Sharepoint, ETRAK and Microsoft Planner

Manage incident reporting, investigation, and corrective actions in line with company procedures

Develop and implement programs to enhance equipment reliability and service quality

Mentor, coach, and assess team members in line with competency and training programmes

Collaborate with operations and support teams to align workshop activities with business priorities

Ensure all documentation and certification packs are completed accurately and on time

Manage third-party equipment tracking and returns where required

Job Knowledge & Qualifications

Technical qualification in a relevant discipline

Extensive experience in a workshop or maintenance environment (preferably within oil & gas or similar industry)

Proven supervisory or team leadership experience

Strong knowledge of maintenance processes, equipment servicing, and operational planning

Demonstrated commitment to safety leadership and compliance

Experience using maintenance and planning systems (e.g. SAP or equivalent)

Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
