Role Overview

Synergy Garstang Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and commercially driven Sales Account Manager to lead and oversee its sales activities while developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers and business partners.

The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and driving sustainable revenue growth. This position is central to the Company’s expansion strategy and requires a proactive individual capable of identifying new business opportunities while managing and growing existing accounts.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Develop and execute account‑specific sales strategies aligned with overall business objectives to drive revenue growth.
Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and actively pursue new client prospects to expand the customer base.
Assist in developing and implementing sales plans, setting realistic sales targets, and ensuring consistent achievement of KPIs.
Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their needs, conducting regular follow‑ups, and gathering feedback on products, pricing, and service delivery.
Monitor, analyse, and interpret sales performance data to identify growth opportunities and support strategic decision‑making.
Manage and grow key customer accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Negotiate contracts, pricing agreements, and commercial terms to maximise profitability while maintaining long‑term client relationships.
Monitor account performance, analyse sales trends, and proactively identify areas for improvement or upselling opportunities.
