The kennels is a busy boarding kennels located in the heart of a busy town center, dedicated to providing exceptional boarding experiences while fostering a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Kennel Manager to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring the well-being of our animals while contributing to our mission of delivering outstanding customer service and quality care.
Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the kennel, ensuring high standards of animal care and welfare.
Manage staff schedules and training to maintain an efficient team.
Develop and implement care protocols for all animals in the kennel.
Ensure cleanliness and safety within the kennel environment.
Communicate effectively with pet owners regarding their animals' needs and health.
Collaborate with veterinary professionals for any medical concerns.
Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent service to enhance customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of all animals under care.
Qualifications
Proven experience in animal care or management roles, particularly with kennels or similar environments.
Strong knowledge of animal behavior and welfare standards.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Basic veterinary knowledge is an advantage but not essential.
