Contracted Hours – 37.5 hrs per week

Salary – £26,775 per annum

What is the role?

Joining us as an Internal Recruiter you will play a vital part in effectively providing hiring solutions in partnership with our Hiring Managers to ensure a swift and efficient end to end recruitment process. Your duties will include:

Advertising vacancies requested by Hiring Managers using relevant attraction sources.
Sifting CVs, making initial contact with candidates and conducting screening calls then providing Hiring Managers with suitable candidates for interview.
Meeting daily, weekly and monthly KPIs and reporting on KPIs to the National Recruitment Manager.
Delivering a first class candidate experience with efficiency and professionalism at the heart of the candidate journey.
Assist in onboarding new hires and maintaining internal communications.
To be an ambassador for the company brand, culture, values and vision and help us on our journey to becoming an employer of choice.
Manage candidate records and recruitment databases with precision.
To update Recruitment documents and trackers whilst abiding by GDPR regulations.
Create excellent, trusted working relationship with stakeholders.
To provide timely KPI reports to the Recruitment Manager on a periodic basis.

We welcome candidates from all different backgrounds and of various experiences, to apply to join our team. This role will suit someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, is a self starter and has an outgoing, bubbly personality. This position requires you to have the following criteria:

A positive, can-do attitude.
Strong attention to detail and experience in administrative tasks.
An outstanding work ethic and the ability to build good working relationships.
Previous experience of working in volume recruitment is advantageous but not essential as training of the Recruitment sector will be available.
Someone who is eager to grow your skills and take on new challenges.
Excellent telephone manner and the ability to influence both candidates and Hiring Managers.
You can take initiative and work independently when required to do so.
Must possess good IT skills especially in relation to MS office.
