Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and personable barber to join Cave Studios as a Barber. This role involves providing exceptional hairdressing and grooming services to clients, ensuring a welcoming environment and fostering customer loyalty. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, experience in hair styling, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. This position offers an excellent opportunity for professional growth for a barber who is looking to work self employed and develop their own brand within Cave studios. You will rent your chair on a monthly basis, with all bills included and will have your own dedicated space and access to our facilities 24/7.

Responsibilities

Deliver professional hair styling, cutting, colouring, and grooming services tailored to client preferences
Provide personalised consultations to understand client needs and recommend suitable styles or treatments
Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the work area and tools
Build rapport with clients to foster repeat business and customer loyalty
Manage appointment schedules efficiently to optimise client flow
Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in hair styling and barbering
Ensure all equipment is maintained in good condition and properly sanitised after each use

Requirements

Proven experience in barbering or hair styling with a strong portfolio of work
Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to engage confidently with diverse clients
Strong customer service orientation with a friendly, professional demeanour
Knowledge of current hair trends, colour techniques, and grooming products
Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Relevant qualifications or certifications in barbering or hairdressing are preferred but not essential

This role is ideal for passionate professionals looking to develop their self employed career within the men's barbering and wellness industry, your earning potential is only limited by your desire to develop your own brand within Cave Studios.
