The Role
This is a frontline, high-impact position for a security professional who thrives in dynamic environments. As a Security Response Officer, you'll be deployed to high-risk locations across the region — acting as the first point of contact for alarm activations, incidents and emergencies.
This isn't a static post. You'll be mobile, proactive and trusted to make decisions in the field — backed by a company that invests in its people and their development.
What You'll Be Doing
- Responding promptly to alarm activations — assessing, securing and liaising with emergency services as required
- Conducting keyholding duties including scheduled lock-ups and unlocking of client premises
- Carrying out mobile and foot patrols across assigned sites and geographic zones
- Acting as a visible, professional first responder to emergencies including fire and medical incidents
- Performing perimeter checks, internal inspections and hazard identification
- Maintaining accurate incident reports, security logs and patrol records
- Managing real-time radio communications and reporting updates promptly
- Completing vehicle safety checks before and after every shift
- Demonstrating high situational awareness and strict adherence to security protocols at all times
What We're Looking For
- Valid SIA Door Supervisor or Security Guard licence (essential)
- Full UK Manual driving licence (essential)
- Minimum 1 year of frontline security experience
- Strong communication skills — written and verbal
- Ability to manage conflict calmly and professionally
- Smart, professional appearance at all times
- Confident under pressure with good IT literacy
- Proactive mindset — you take initiative and don't wait to be told
