The position is for 1 part time (18.5 hours) worker per week working Monday to Friday and the occasional weekends.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed Site Manager to join our Family Hub team. The postholder will work within the Family Hubs across the South of the Borough (Crewe, Nantwich, Alsager, Sandbach and Middlewich) to support the delivery of services to children 0-19 (25 for young people with SEND).
Family hubs provide a universal ‘front door’ to families, offering a ‘one-stop shop’ of family help services across their social care, education, mental health and physical health needs, with a comprehensive offer for parents and babies at its core. Enabling families can receive timely and appropriate information tailored to their needs.

About the Role
- Work across Cheshire East’s Family Hubs in the South of the Borough (Crewe, Nantwich, Alsager, Sandbach and Middlewich) to maintain the Family Hub buildings, including effecting repairs and improvements.
- Maintain and monitor Health and Safety standards, reporting any failures to comply with the Council’s statutory obligations in this area and ensure that contractor’s work meets Health and Safety Regulations.
- Monitor, operate and maintain appropriate site security systems, including opening and closing the building.
- Organise and carry out room set ups (including the moving of heavy furniture) which will secure the most efficient use of resources.
