Welcome to The Eliott Hotel, Gibraltar’s finest hotel, where we’re looking for a Receptionist.

If you’re a customer-focused Receptionist determined to create an environment you can feel truly proud of, there’s never been a better time to join us.

Our Front-of-House team members are:

The first and last impression of our hotel

Professional, warm, caring, and knowledgeable — always ready to recommend the best our city has to offer

This is a highly guest-facing role, so excellent communication skills are essential (you’ll handle a wide variety of enquiries in person, by phone, and online), but you’ll also understand the importance of active listening. Many of our guests may have specific needs or preferences during their stay, which you’ll coordinate with other departments — so attention to detail and clear communication with colleagues is key.

From check-ins and check-outs to reservations and guest requests, you’ll play a central role in delivering a seamless and memorable experience. We take immense pride in the service we provide at The Eliott, and we hope you’ll take satisfaction in helping our guests feel welcomed, valued, and cared for throughout their stay.
