Zeta Homes manages properties for investors, as well as individual landlords - some who have relocated but do not wish to sell their homes, but turn it into an investment. Zeta Homes oversees the entire process, from property preparation, to tenant selection, all administrative work, moving in, as well as day to day management, repairs, and prompt rental payment.

We are looking for a intelligent, hardworking and motivated individual to join our busy team. This would be a fantastic opportunity for a mature young person looking to get some hands on experience in a real Estate / property environment.
You would be expected to assist the Team and Manager with office duties related to Property repairs and maintenance to ensure company processes run smoothly.
Office Administrator: Job Duties:
- Dealing with all repair and maintenance issues.
- Taking calls from clients and booking them on the system
- Prioritising the repairs reported and dealing with them accordingly.
- Contacting the landlords and informing them about the repair issues.
- Liaising with contractor and sending them to the jobs to be done.
- Updating the database – Opening and closing jobs.
- Types correspondence, meeting notes, and forms among other documents
- Photocopies, scans, and files appropriate documents
- Edits documents for accuracy
- Preparing quotes and estimates from contractors.
- Sourcing contractors for specific jobs on the properties.
- Maintains accurate records
- Assists with organising events when necessary
- Interacts with directors when necessary
- Liaising accounts in administrative duties
- Deal with supplier queries and orders
- Carrying out inspections if driving.
- Performs additional duties when required
- Opportunity to work in other areas like Lettings, Sales and Accounts.
Requirements of Office Administrator:
- Experience within an administration position is an advantage but not compulsory
- An ability to undertake administration tasks in an efficient and effective way.
- Attention to detail
- Good communication skills in all formats (telephone, email, letter, face-face)
- Confident in talking to customers / 3rd parties over the phone
- Patient & calm under pressure – remain focussed and able to work independently
- Good time management and the ability to prioritise workload
- Good use of initiative and confidence in making decisions
- Confidence to create and maintain good relationships and interaction with colleagues
- Ability to learn new skills and adapt when required
- Good / Excellent Excel skills. Preferably with the ability to create spreadsheets and analyse and manipulate data accurately.
