Full job description

Hellidon Lakes is a modern and stylish hotel resort offering a spectacular venue for golf breaks, business events & conferences, weddings and social functions, set amongst the glorious rolling hills of the Northamptonshire & Warwickshire countryside.

The hotel comprises of 111 bedrooms, 16 Function rooms, Restaurant, 4 Resident Bars, Leisure Club, Wellness Centre, Golf Club, Tennis Court and its very own Ten Pin Bowling Alley.

Housekeeping Supervisor:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed person to join our very dedicated and hardworking housekeeping team on a full time basis.

The housekeeping team are responsible for ensuring the entire venue is cleaned to the highest standards. This is a hands-on position that also requires team management experience and the ability to lead by example. You will be equally comfortable working a board of 20 bedrooms as you would assisting and supporting other team members.

Reporting to the Head Housekeeper you will be required to efficiently and effectively assist in the supervision of the housekeeping operation, through leadership and training, and being instrumental in maintaining and raising overall department presentation and service standards.

You will be required to work in cooperation with all departments across the hotel, in particular, the F&B, Sales & Events and Reception teams, to ensure a consistent and effective flow of communication throughout the venue.

Key Responsibilities:

This role is suitable for existing hotel housekeeping supervisors and experienced Hotel Housekeepers looking to take the next step in their career.
Suitable applicants will have a clear understanding of the responsibilities and experience required to be successful in this role.
Please do not apply if you do not have experience working as a hotel housekeeper
Own transport, or means of travelling to the hotel, is essential due to location
