The Role
No recruitment experience needed. We'll teach you how to build a desk from scratch in one of the most exciting markets in the world — the people building LLMs, computer vision, robotics and frontier AI research.
From day one you'll be:
- Learning the market inside out — the labs, the technology, the people who move it forward
- Headhunting engineers and researchers from the world's leading AI companies
- Working alongside senior consultants on live roles with real clients
- Building towards running your own 360 desk, with billings to match
What We're Looking For
- Drive, curiosity and a genuine appetite to learn — everything else is trainable
- Confident communicator who isn't fazed by picking up the phone
- Resilient and competitive; you want to be measured on results
- Interest in technology, AI or science (a degree helps, but it's not a dealbreaker)

Pay: £26,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
