Responsibilities

Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies, monitoring stock levels, and minimizing waste to optimize kitchen efficiency.
Plan and develop menus that reflect current culinary trends while catering to dietary needs and client preferences.

Requirements

Proven experience in fine dining establishments with strong background in food production, catering, and restaurant management.
Demonstrated supervisory experience leading culinary teams in high-volume settings.
Extensive knowledge of food handling, safety protocols, inventory management, and kitchen operations.
Skilled in menu planning, food preparation techniques, and culinary innovation.
Experience with banquet service, dietary department procedures, and catering logistics is highly desirable.
Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication skills; capable of managing shift schedules and motivating staff.
Familiarity with the food industry standards for cleanliness, safety, and customer service excellence.
