What will you be doing?
Grow the platform. Own the market. Set the standard everyone else chases.
- Driving Tom's growth across Scotland, then the UK
- Owning business development end to end — build it, then run it
- Winning the sellers and off-market stock that make the platform move
- Bringing serious buyers on to paid subscriptions
- Being Tom's face in every room that matters — events, auctions, agents, investors
- Shaping the strategy that makes Tom the UK's go-to platform for off-market property
Your target: 10 new clients a month. The two-year goal — Tom as the UK's number-one platform for off-market property, and you're part of driving us there.
Who are we?
- Tom is thisistom.co.uk — off-market property, done properly, before it hits the open market
- Patent pending, trademark secured, software built and soft launched — a working platform, not a pitch deck
- The only platform working both sides: verified sellers listing quietly, serious buyers subscribing to reach them
- On stage at PropTech London this September and Dubai in February
- Built and moving — now we need the person to go and fill it

We'll back you to grow: hands-on mentorship, external training paid for, and the freedom to build the commercial side your way. As Tom grows, so does your upside — uncapped commission that compounds month on month, and a sizeable equity stake in a company on track for global clients inside 18 months.
You'll represent Tom where it counts — on stage at recognised industry events, London this September and Dubai in February.
What we need from you
This isn't for someone content where they are. It's for someone who wants more — actively bringing in new clients and new ideas, with the full backing of the Tom leadership team behind them.
- Established in Scottish property, with a live contact book you can put to work now
- An estate agency or property sales background, with real numbers behind you
- Known in the room before you speak — trusted by sellers and buyers alike
- Happy on the road or home working across Scotland, full UK driving licence
- Competitive, hungry, and after ownership
