About the opportunity.
At Hydrogen, content sits at the centre of how brands connect with audiences - and we’re looking for a Content Manager who can help bring those conversations to life.
This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on organisation, creativity and delivery. You’ll play a key role in planning, creating and managing social and SEO content across a range of client accounts, ensuring everything is delivered accurately, on time and to a high standard.
You’ll work closely with senior content, design, insight and account teams to turn strategy into engaging, platform-first content that performs. From managing content calendars and scheduling posts, to community management and optimisation, you’ll help shape the day-to-day delivery of campaigns across multiple channels.
What you’ll be doing

Produce high-quality, user-focused content across multiple formats, including blogs, feature articles, guides, emails, web and social copy.

Schedule content across platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook and X

Work in tandem with our senior content managers and editorial lead to conduct content audits and content strategies.

Adapt tone of voice for different brands, audiences and platforms

Coordinate with internal teams to manage assets, approvals and deadlines

Manage community engagement across social channels, including managing our community management support team, providing guidance and QA.

Support ongoing optimisation through performance insights and reporting
What you’ll need.
We’re looking for someone who combines creativity with exceptional organisation and attention to detail.
You’ll bring:

Strong writing, proofreading and communication skills

Experience in a content, copywriting or social media role

Good understanding of social media platforms, formats and digital content best practice

Basic understanding of SEO and content performance

The ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities confidently
It would also be great if you have experience using tools such as Brandwatch, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, GA4, Ahrefs or Notion.
