What you'll do:
- Lead the planning, delivery, and continuous improvement of international education programmes.
- Develop programme strategies that support organisational growth and educational excellence.
- Build and maintain partnerships with educational institutions and international organisations.
- Oversee programme quality, performance, and participant experience.
- Manage programme budgets, resources, and operational planning.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop new learning initiatives and educational opportunities.
- Monitor programme outcomes and prepare reports for senior leadership.
- Ensure compliance with organisational policies and relevant education standards.
- Identify opportunities to expand international partnerships and programme offerings.
- Lead and support programme teams while promoting innovation and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Experience in education, programme management, training, higher education, learning and development, or a related field is beneficial.
- Previous leadership or management experience is an advantage.
- Strong communication, organisational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience coordinating projects or educational programmes is beneficial.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- A collaborative leadership style with a passion for education and international development.
- Relevant qualifications or equivalent professional experience are welcomed.

Pay: £6,500.00-£8,500.00 per month
