Strathclyde Partnership for Transport (SPT) is the largest of Scotland’s seven Regional Transport Partnerships, serving a population of more than 2.2 million people across 12 local authority areas in the West of Scotland.

About the role
We have a great opportunity to join the Contact Centre Team as we continue to focus on the improvement of service delivery to our customers. The role will involve supporting a high volume of enquiries relating to Concessionary Travel (the National Entitlement Card), the MyBus service and general corporate enquiries. Duties will include handling inbound and outbound calls, responding to customer enquiries and processing administrative tasks. The Contact Centre Agent will report to the Contact Centre Team Leaders.
About you
You will have experience working in a Contact Centre or similar and have experience dealing with the public within the service sector. The ideal candidate will be able to work on their own initiative and work collaboratively with their peer group. They will also have good organisational, verbal and written skills and be a motivated, reliable and flexible individual.
Full time hours will be 35 hours per week working between Monday to Friday. The nature of this role may require you to work outwith normal office hours on occasion to support the operational requirements.
You will be based at Buchanan Bus Station, Killermont Street, Glasgow. SPT is currently operating a hybrid working scheme which allows 40% home working.
