Refine Revolution Ltd is growing, and we’re looking for confident, friendly and motivated people to join our face-to-face charity fundraising team across Scotland.
We are currently recruiting for both full-time and part-time roles.
Earning Potential: £30,000-£75,000+ OTE with uncapped commission.
This is a performance-bases fundraising role with uncapped commission. Earning will vary depending on individual performance and hours worked.
This is a venue-based role — not door-to-door fundraising.
You’ll work from pre-arranged locations including supermarkets, shopping centres, stores and other busy public venues, speaking with members of the public and inspiring them to support incredible charities through regular monthly donations.
No previous fundraising experience? No problem. We provide training, ongoing coaching and support to help you build your confidence and succeed in the role.
Your Role
As a Charity Fundraiser, you’ll:
- Engage with members of the public face-to-face at pre-arranged venues.
- Have genuine, meaningful conversations about the charity you’re representing.
- Inspire people to become regular monthly supporters.
- Represent our charity partners professionally and with integrity.
- Work towards individual and team fundraising goals.
- Focus on quality conversations and leave a positive impression — whether someone signs up or not.
What We’re Looking For
You don’t need previous fundraising experience. We’re looking for people with the right attitude.
You’ll ideally be:
- Confident and comfortable speaking with new people.
- Friendly, positive and approachable.
- Motivated and driven to achieve.
- A strong communicator and good listener.
- Reliable and willing to learn.
- Comfortable working towards individual and team goals.
- Someone who enjoys meeting people and being part of a team.
Previous experience in fundraising, sales, retail, hospitality or customer service can be beneficial, but it isn’t essential.
