Your Responsibilities
As a Marketing and Events Assistant, you'll:
- Assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of live events and promotional campaigns.
- Support event managers with project planning, scheduling, and operational logistics.
- Coordinate venue preparation, supplier communications, and event materials.
- Help oversee event setup, delivery, and breakdown to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Monitor project timelines and support the successful completion of event objectives.
- Build strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Supervise event activities and resolve operational issues with support from senior colleagues.
- Prepare event reports, project updates, and post-event evaluations.
- Represent the company professionally at client meetings and live events.
- Participate in leadership training and ongoing professional development programmes.
