As we bring The Ivy Asia to Glasgow,we are looking for an exceptional General Manager to lead this landmark opening from the very beginning. This is a rare opportunity to shape the culture,build and inspire a best-in-class team,and establish a restaurant recognised for outstanding guest experience,operational excellence,and commercial success.

We are seeking a charismatic and commercially driven leader with a proven track record within premium,luxury,or high-volume hospitality. Someone who thrives in fast-paced environments,leads with presence and passion,and understands how to create a culture where both people and performance flourish.

Key elements of your role as a General Manager Manager:

Understand the guest and how to efficiently manage their expectations.
To have a great front-of-house presence,be a leader and inspire your team.
Fully understand and be able to articulate the financial targets.
Establish and maintain realistic budgets and identify ways to improve profitability and manage cost controls effectively.
To demonstrate an up-to-date and in-depth understanding of the industry
Identify business opportunities that have the greatest potential return on investment and are consistent with the company goals and brand.
Build and maintain strategic relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

You have proven previous experience managing a large,structured team in a high-paced,high-volume restaurant
You’ll lead by example,inspiring and mentoring your team to work as one and making sure morale and welfare stay as high as the standard of service at all times
You have the confidence to go the extra mile
You love to wow guests with exceptional service
You have excellent English language skills
