What You'll be Doing as an Operations Manager
In this role, you will report directly to the Head of Regional Service. As an Operations Manager you will lead our field operational activity and associated business processes in the delivery of planned, reactive and corrective service, maintenance and works within the Fire and Security Value Stream. You will also have overall accountability to lead and develop our teams to ensure optimised productivity and service delivery to achieve sustained profitable growth.

- Open minded and willing to learn - Learning in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment, isn't for the faint hearted but we will endeavour to set you up for success, and it starts with an initial three-week classroom induction
- Solid IT literacy - We use multiple systems, both inhouse portals and Microsoft systems
- Highly organised - Planning or scheduling experience would be beneficial but not essential
- Fire and Security Experience – Fire and security systems and standards knowledge
