Job Summary

Doyum Food Production & Catering Ltd is seeking a Food Production Manager to oversee daily food manufacturing and catering operations. You will lead production teams, maintain high food quality and safety standards, and ensure products are delivered efficiently to meet customer demand.

What You'll Do

Manage day-to-day food production and catering operations.
Supervise production staff, team leaders, and shift activities.
Plan production schedules to meet customer and business requirements.
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards.
Monitor product quality, consistency, and inventory levels.
Improve production efficiency and reduce operational waste.
Coordinate purchasing, warehousing, and distribution teams.
Train, coach, and develop production employees.
Prepare production reports and monitor operational KPIs.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Requirements

Experience in food manufacturing, catering, or food production management.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Knowledge of HACCP, food hygiene, and food safety regulations.
Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
Experience managing production planning and inventory.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment.
Food Safety or HACCP certification is desirable.
Degree or qualification in Food Science, Manufacturing, Hospitality, or a related field is advantageous.
