Key Responsibilities
- Lead publishing strategy, editorial planning, and content operations
- Oversee publication schedules, team performance, service standards, budgets, and reporting
- Coordinate with editors, writers, designers, clients, vendors, and internal departments
- Monitor content quality, audience engagement, workflow efficiency, and operational risks
- Develop strategies to improve digital publishing performance and client outcomes
- Support staff development, process improvement, and leadership planning
- Prepare senior-level reports, publishing updates, and strategic recommendations
What We Are Looking For
Experience
- Strong experience in publishing, media operations, editorial management, content strategy, communications, or digital media
- Previous senior management or department-level leadership experience is preferred
- Experience working with editorial teams, content platforms, clients, vendors, or media service teams is an advantage

Pay: £84,000.00-£111,000.00 per year
