We’re looking for a calm, capable and emotionally intelligent person to join our management team at Rollerstop.

This role sits somewhere between staff management, operations and communication. A big part of the job is helping the team work well together day-to-day, ensuring people feel heard, maintaining clear boundaries and standards, and supporting the smooth running of events.
It would suit someone experienced, grounded and confident dealing with people, someone approachable and supportive, but also comfortable having direct conversations and addressing issues when needed.
Rollerstop is a vibrant, genuinely fun place to work. The team are passionate about what they do, the atmosphere is lively and creative, and you’re surrounded by customers who are there to enjoy themselves. We’re looking for someone who can help support and strengthen that positive environment, while also bringing structure, consistency and professionalism behind the scenes.
The Role Includes
- Supporting team communication and workplace culture
- Staff training, support and reviews
- Shift scheduling and coordinating cover
- Supporting duty managers and helping maintain consistency across events
- Helping shape clear expectations around professionalism and communication
- Some front-of-house support and duty managing events

- Is confident dealing with people and handling difficult conversations calmly
- Can hold boundaries without being harsh
- Is organised, observant and proactive
- Is emotionally mature and reliable
- Is comfortable working evenings and weekends
- Enjoys working in a fun, people-focused environment
