Your Role

As a Data Centre Security Officer, you will deliver a best-in-class service to our clients, ensuring the safety and security of our building while enhancing the experience of staff, visitors, and contractors. You’ll manage visitor protocols, operate security systems, and maintain a secure environment for all. This role involves day and night shifts, up to 48 hours per week.

Customer Service Expert: Deliver exceptional service while managing contractor interactions.
Clear Communicator: Handle briefings, handovers, and instructions efficiently.
Adaptable & Proactive: Demonstrate flexibility to meet operational needs with a proactive approach.
IT Savvy: Operate IT systems effectively to enhance security and prevent loss.
Procedure-Oriented: Follow strict procedures and instructions without compromise.

Minimum Requirements

Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and computer literacy.
Valid SIA Manned Guarding Licence (required)
Valid CCTV SIA Licence (desirable)
Must be able to pass a background check
