Location: Glasgow
Job Type: Permanent, Part-Time
Working Pattern: 20–30 hours per week (3–4 days)
Earnings: £30,000–£40,000+ OTE (excellent basic salary + bonus + commission)

NCF is a fast-growing retailer with a excellent Trustpilot rating, and we’re looking for a Part-Time Senior Sales Assistant to join our Glasgow store. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a sales-driven environment and delivers outstanding customer service.

Key responsibilities:

Greet customers and provide a welcoming, professional in-store experience
Build rapport and guide customers to the right products for their needs
Demonstrate and confidently sell furniture and accessories
Achieve sales targets, including upselling
Maintain a clean, presentable showroom
Work as part of a team, supporting a positive and motivated environment
