Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a skilled Fabricator/Welder to join our team in the manufacturing industry. We are a small and close knit team and offer:
- 4-day working week (Mon-Thur),

The ideal candidate will be responsible for welding and fabricating metal components using various tools and techniques.
- Structural steel beams and columns
- Gates, balustrades and staircases
Duties:
- Perform welding tasks using MIG welding techniques
- Utilise mechanical knowledge to assemble fabricated metal parts
- Demonstrate proficiency in basic maths for measurements and calculations
- Operate hand tools, power tools and machinery, i.e. bandsaws/ metalworker for cutting, grinding, and shaping metal
- Fabricate components from sheet metal according to technical drawings
Skills:
- Proficient in welding techniques, particularly MIG welding
- Strong mechanical knowledge to assemble fabricated parts accurately
- Ability to perform basic maths calculations for measurements
- Skilful in using hand tools, power tools and machinery, i.e. bandsaws/ metalworker for metalworking tasks
- Experience in fabricating components from sheet metal
