Position Overview:
We are building a high-performing livestream team to deliver TikTok Shop LIVE campaigns for leading beauty, fashion, lifestyle, and consumer brands. This role sits within the Live Strategy team, working hand-in-hand with Production, Visual, and Host teams. Unlike back-office roles, this is an on-site, live-facing position, directly driving results in real time.
About the Role
We are looking for someone who wants to be at the forefront of live commerce - one of the fastest-growing spaces in e-commerce, where content meets performance, and attention turns directly into revenue.
As a Live Commerce Strategist, you will be responsible for shaping how brands sell through live streams - designing strategies, driving conversion, and delivering measurable results.

What We’re Looking For
- Passion for social commerce and converting attention into revenue
- Strong attention to detail and fast learning ability
- Ability to perform under pressure and make quick decisions
- Strong team player with cross-team collaboration skills
- Basic understanding of makeup and skincare (no deep passion required)
- Comfortable with flexible hours and studio-based work
Key Responsibilities
- Develop live stream strategies to drive GMV and improve conversion
- Analyse product performance and identify key items to push
- Design promotional offers, bundles, and pricing strategies
- Plan and execute high-impact live events with clear targets
- Guide presenters on messaging, pacing, and conversion flow
- Monitor performance in real time and optimise accordingly
Strategy Mindset
This role is highly execution-focused and requires:
- Strong data sensitivity and attention to detail
- Deep understanding of consumer psychology and buying behaviour
- Product-thinking mindset (offer, pricing, user experience)
You will constantly think about:
- How to present products more effectively
- How to increase conversion
- How to improve the overall buying experience through live
We act as the bridge between brands and consumers - defining live strategy for brands, while shaping perception and value for customers.

Working Environment
- Studio-based, fast-paced live production environment
- Not a traditional 9–5 role
- Typical hours:
- 1pm – 9pm
- Occasionally 2pm – 10pm or 3pm – 11pm
- Requires flexibility and comfort working under pressure
