Sales Negotiator

Location: Glossop

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Hours: 37 Hours Per Week

Working Hours

Monday: 9:00am – 5:30pm
Tuesday: Non-Working Day
Wednesday: 9:00am – 7:00pm
Thursday: 9:00am – 5:30pm
Friday: 9:00am – 5:30pm
Saturday: 9:00am – 3:00pm

All breaks are paid.

About the Role

We are looking for an ambitious, motivated, and customer-focused Sales Negotiator to join our successful and growing estate agency team.

This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who enjoys building relationships, delivering exceptional customer service, and helping clients move home. As a Sales Negotiator, you will be responsible for generating and converting leads, conducting viewings, negotiating offers, and supporting buyers and sellers throughout their property journey.

Working within a busy and target-driven environment, you will play a key role in driving branch performance while ensuring every client receives a professional and personal service.

Key Responsibilities

Registering buyers and understanding their property requirements.
Matching applicants to suitable properties and generating viewings.
Conducting property viewings and showcasing properties professionally.
Negotiating offers between buyers and vendors to achieve the best possible outcome.
Generating valuation opportunities and market appraisals for valuers.
Building strong relationships with vendors and applicants.
Providing regular feedback following viewings.
Conducting vendor care calls and maintaining regular communication with clients.
Proactively prospecting for new business opportunities.
Generating leads from enquiries, applicants, and market activity.
Supporting the progression of agreed sales and maintaining communication with all parties.
Maintaining accurate records within the company CRM system.
Working towards individual and branch targets.
Delivering exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
Assisting with branch activities and contributing to overall business growth.

What We're Looking For

Previous estate agency experience is preferred but not essential.
A proven track record in sales, customer service, or a target-driven environment would be advantageous.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Confident and professional manner.
Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed.
Ability to build rapport and develop long-lasting client relationships.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Positive attitude and team-focused approach.
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle preferred.
